Readthrough for What the Butler Saw

What the Butler Saw – Joe Orton
There will be a read thru for people interested in auditioning for the play on Wednesday 4th July 7:30pm at Clarence Rd Baptist Church. – The performance will be week commencing 28th October – 3rd November 2018

Cast of 6 – 2 women and 4 men
Dr Prentice – 40ish highly energised. about 40ish
Geraldine Barclay – 20ish – needs to strip to underwear
Mrs Prentice – 40ish – posh wife of Dr Prentice – also wears underwear
Nicholas Beckett- bellhop – 20s- 40- Strips to underpants and wears women’s clothes
Dr Rance- middle-aged Inspector of the hospital – mature – serious
Sergeant Match – Policeman - any age – also wears women’s clothes

We cannot accomodate actors under 18 years of age because of the adult subject matter contained in this play.
