Singing in the Rain
Wednesday 22nd November 2017

The “Greatest Movie Musical of All Time” is faithfully and lovingly adapted by Broadway legends Betty Comden and Adolph Green from their original award-winning screenplay, starring Gene Kelly, Debbie Reynolds and Donald O’Connor.

The production offers a lighthearted depiction of Hollywood in the late 1920s, with the three stars portraying performers caught up in the transition from silent films to “talkies.” Each unforgettable scene, song, and dance is accounted for, including the show-stopping title number, guaranteed to have the audience tapping along! Hilarious situations, snappy dialogue, and a hit-parade score of Hollywood standards make Singin’ In The Rain the perfect entertainment for any fan of the golden age of movie musicals.

This amateur production is presented by arrangement with Music Theatre International (Europe).
